Introduction

We are looking for a proactive team player with a passion for travel and great organizational skills to join our team in Italy, providing support to our alternative accommodation partners as well as expanding our presence in the market.

In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Build and progressively expand the portfolio of alternative accommodation/short-term rental partners within Italy markets, by introducing prospective high potential partners to Trip.Com proposition and facilitating the onboarding process
  • Promote the Trip.Com brand name and its online reservation services to partners
  • Maintain best rate parity, availability and inventory of responsible partners
  • Advise lodging partners on regular marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Responsible for the assigned market, and conduct the data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.)
  • Other assigned tasks and projects
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, business development, partner success, or a similar role within the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including General Managers and Revenue Directors.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and partner performance.
