You will be responsible for leading the spa team, maintaining the highest standards of wellness and guest experience, managing financial performance, and ensuring the spa remains a serene and luxurious retreat for guests.Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing all operational aspects of the spa, including treatments, facilities, and retail - Leading, training, and motivating the spa team to ensure exceptional service delivery - Overseeing scheduling, reservations, and coordination of spa services - Ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all spa areas - Developing wellness programs, seasonal offers, and promotional packages - Managing spa inventory, product ordering, and supplier relationships - Monitoring revenue performance and supporting budget planning and forecasting - Implementing service standards and ensuring compliance with company policies - Handling guest feed
