Including project documents and meetings scheduling* Monthly reporting* Define, implement and maintain an efficient project governance frameworkSAP implementation: project manager for SAP implementation of all Italian legal entities Alignment with Group functions such as: PMO, IT and Post Merger Integration# **HARD SKILLS*** University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience* +10 years of working experience, of which +5 years as a Project/Program manager.* Preferred at least 5 years of working experience in consulting firms in project manager roles# **SOFT SKILLS*** Strong analytical skills to assess situations and identify effective solutions* Project management abilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver tasks on time* Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support team members* Clear and effective communication to interact with colleagues and stakeholders Organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines efficiently Problem-solving skills to handle challenges with practical and creative approaches Location: Grag
